Saturday, May 26

8:30 AM: Check in at the Visitor Center at the Notch (Holyoke Range State Park)

10:00-11:30 AM: Starts for Event 1

1:00-2:30 PM: Starts for Event 2

5:00-6:00 PM: Starts for Event 3 on the campus of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Parking and check-in locations to be announced.

Start times for all events, except the mass-start Event 5, will be pre-assigned. If you are concerned about having enough time to finish Event 1 before the start of Event 2, please feel free to request an early start time.

Results for the Western Mass Champs (Events 1 and 2) will be based on total time for the two events. There will be very minimal awards, if any, so that we can make the largest possible donation to the Ski-O Team.

Parking for Events 1 and 2: Parking is at the Visitors Center at the Notch (where Rt. 116 crosses the Holyoke Range between Amherst and South Hadley). Parking is also allowed in limited areas along Military Road to the west of Rt. 116.

Directions to Events 1 and 2: To be provided.

Parking and Directions for Event 3: To be provided.

Saturday dinner: Ad hoc gathering at Bub’s Barbeque on Rt. 116 between Amherst and Sunderland.

Lodging: Information to be provided.

8:30 AM: Check in at the Cemetery Hill meet site for those who did not participate on Saturday.

9:00-10:00 AM: Starts for Event 4 at Cemetery Hill in Northampton

11:30 AM: Check in at the Mt. Tom meet site

11:50 AM: Pre-race briefing

Noon: Mass start for Event 5 at Mt. Tom.
