NEOC Annual Members Meeting and Picnic at Wells S.P.
In conjunction with NEOC’s first Mountain Bike O plus Foot-O
Sunday, June 9^th, 2013

There will be a potluck picnic/barbeque with the grilling and picnic starting around noon. The courses will close earlier than usual, at 1:00pm, so everyone should be back in time to eat and attend the Annual Members Meeting. Attendees are encouraged to start earlier in the window if you expect to be out for more than an hour.

Picnic/Barbeque Information

   NEOC will provide plates, flatware, cups, punch, and cookies. Bring something for the grill or a prepared dish for yourself and your family, plus a potluck item to share with everyone. For the potluck part, bring either a salad/sidedish, or a dessert to share. If your last name begins with A – M, bring a salad/side dish; last name N – Z, a dessert.

   A lawn chair or two would be a good idea. Bug repellant would be an excellent idea! For the supermarket challenged we will have some extra hamburgers and hotdogs, $3 and $2 respectively. There will be games and prizes for the kids, and the club library will be available for loans and returns.

Annual Members Meeting
Also referred to as the AGM (Annual General Meeting)

The Meeting starts at 1PM. That’s about the right time to settle down with some yummy desserts. There will be the usual short reports from the officers, a question and answer period, (time to bring up those suggestions for running the club), and election of board members.
