Burlington, MA
Come orienteering in the newly mapped Mary Cummings Park in Burlington/Woburn border. Not only is the venue newly mapped, but it also has been recently redesigned by the Trustees of Reservations to include "rustic trails, natural habitat strewn with wildflowers, and boardwalk into the marsh". This event is free for all, thanks to the Trustees of Reservations who kindly let us use this venue.
Print your own map(s) and complete the courses at your own leisure.
Control locations will be marked with QR codes affixed with flagging tape. Timing can be done via QR-code orienteering or just use your watch (see Time Your Run below). No volunteers will be on-site, but questions may be directed to the course setter. Please follow all state and local regulations in regards to use of masks and social distancing.
Courses: Short Sprint (Yellow); Long Sprint (Orange); Brown; Get-Em-All (19 controls, any order; each control is worth 1 point)
