The NEOC Annual Member's Meeting is open to everyone. It will start around 1PM. There will be short reports from the club officers, a question-and-answer period, and an introduction to the candidates for election to the Board of Directors.
The list of candidates, with their biographies, will be mailed to all households that are members as of May 18, 2012, and will be posted before the meeting. Additional nominations from the floor will be accepted at the meeting.
To be eligible to vote, you must be a member as of June 3, 2012, and age 18 or older. Individual members have one vote. Family memberships have one vote per family member, with a maximum of two votes per family membership.
We need a quorum of members to make it a legal election, so please come and vote (preferred method). If you can't come, give your signed proxy to a member who is coming.
