Foot and bicycle event in Arlington/Belmont/Lexington/Winchester area

For the 7th running of the Wanderings, I have enlarged the map to the north and east. We will have the same divisions as last year: 1 1/2 hr or 3 hr on foot, 1 1/2 hr or 3 hr on bike, or the challenging 4 1/2 hr Bike-O+Street-O combo.

Under 2 weeks to go! There will be a slight twist from previous years. Included on the map will be a 1:7500 map of Whipple Hill, where there will be 11 control locations, about the level of an advanced yellow course. These controls will be off-limits to the bikers, and like other Wanderings controls, will not be actual flags but rather questions to answer.

As in past years, please email me if you are coming so I can have enough maps printed.

Start will be at McClennen Park in Arlington, MA (680 Summer St, Arlington). Registration will be at the west end of the parking lot.
