  • Membership Renewal: Join/Renew your NEOC membership for 2024. We have some exciting plans for 2024 and we look forward to you joining us!
  • Mid- Winter Challenge: The 2024 Winter Challenge is now open to current NEOC members. Details are included with your member card, emailed when you join/renew for 2024. Courses have been designed at five locations around Massachusetts.Set yourself a challenge and reach one of these challenge levels:
    • Beech Hill (Westminster, MA
    • Lynn Woods (Lynn, MA)
    • High Rock (Foxborough, MA)
    • Prospect Hill (Waltham, MA)
    • Willard Brook (Townsend, MA)
    Each location has a short and long course, and some have an additional "training" course that supports the development of a specific skill. The map folders have notes that will describe the focus of the training courses. Be sure to check out the comments from members on the spreadsheet before heading out!

  • Courses (yellow, orange, green, red, and a hilly training) have been set at Mount Tomfor anyone that is looking for another orienteering opportunity. These courses have not been vetted, nor will they be streamered, so be ready for an adventure! O-range and Usynligo will be available.
    A group of students will be meeting up at 10:30am on Sunday, March 10 for an introduction to orienteering and then a chance to run a course. Anyone is welcome to join: please fill out this form if you would like a map printed for you. NEOC reimburses expenses, but the time and energy come from people who love orienteering!
